Every tone is generated on your device in real time. A warm carrier pulses at the target frequency, synchronized frame by frame with the light. No audio files.
Guided breath
A breathing ring paces Coherence, 4-7-8, Box, and Slow Wave patterns, or build your own. No flicker, just the breath.
DRIFT and BLOOM
For headphones. DRIFT builds depth and slow movement from pure tones, no flicker at all. BLOOM adds a generative field of light that breathes and shifts color with the sound.
Torch for sleep
Sleep can pulse your iPhone's torch through closed eyelids, screen dimmed, for eyes-closed entrainment.
